Dave Colclough Biography

Colclough has had numerous appearances on the Late Night Poker TV series which brought him to the attention of the general public. Colclough is a very skillful poker player and can play all variants with equal skill.

Colclough has had great success in every poker tournament he's entered. In 2000 he finished 2nd in the WSOP $2,000 Pot Limit Hold'em event. In 2003 he was voted the European Poker Player of the year and a year later Dave made it to the final table at the WPT's third season Grand Prix de Paris event which earned him 84,000 eruos.

In 2005 at the World Heads-up Poker Championship Dave reached the semi-finals and earned himself 20,000 euros. Later that year he was inducted into the European Poker Players Hall of Fame. At the time he was the youngest player (41) to be inducted. When he wasn't playing in 2005 he spent most of his time travelling and mentoring Brian Wilson. Wilson won a WSOP bracelet in 2005 and credits Dave with helping him this achievement.
